I had been hearing about Ebates from blogs I've been reading the last few months - people do their online shopping through there and they get money back but I didn't put much thought into it other than signing up for it. My patients became part of my extended family as much as my co-workers were. With dialysis our patients came in to the unit three times a week for 2-4 hours each time. Their kidneys didn't function properly anymore so they had to be hooked up to a hemodialysis machine and have their blood filter through an artificial kidney (hemodialyzer) to remove all the toxins. By seeing these patients three times a week for 2-4 hours at a time we really got to know them well. There were many patients that died while I worked there, but I have three in particular, that continue to haunt my thoughts even to this day.
I know that Walgreen's has some GREAT deals this week BUT they also have too many rules and stipulations to their Register Rewards program! Ugh...I just can't keep it all straight!

On my way home I called to find out if we needed milk and when I was told that we were almost out I let them know I was going to run into CVS to purchase some milk. Gotta get my CVS fix in for the day!! This is what I picked up for $4.61 out of my pocket! Whooohooo - the milk alone was $3.99 so all this other stuff was pretty much pocket change AND I got $5 ECB back for the razor.
