Have you noticed that? The great thing about this is most companies who are displaying this will also offer you deals, freebies and coupons just for following them! I've joined lots of company Fan pages on Facebook and have received some really nice freebies/coupons.
Another way companies are branching out is demonstrated by the iTunes Facebook Fan page. They have it set up so you can easily purchase and send iTunes Online gifts to your friends or family. The gift is posted to the recipient's Facebook Wall and they can instantly redeem it at the iTunes store. Now that's thinking ahead! How much easier can it get than that? If you are like me, then you have someone on your gift list this year who would LOVE a gift card to iTunes (all three of us in my family use iTunes on a daily basis!) Now, with just a couple of clicks of the mouse we can deliver that gift without having to run to the store for a gift card.
